Anonymous Tip Line
Tip lines can provide a number of benefits to organizations. Tip lines are effective tools for helping organizations capture unethical or illegal behavior, and can also be a creative way for companies to capture ideas to help improve business processes or procedures. Many employees will use phone or Web-based tip lines when they are not comfortable going directly to their managers to report concerns. Customers will use tip lines to report positive or negative customer experiences, and business partners may use the tip lines to provide feedback on their relationship with the organization.
