Allegiance Announces Winners of 2010 Engagement Awards
- Top companies in customer and employee engagement honored at fourth annual Engage Summit -
SALT LAKE CITY – June 1, 2010 – Allegiance, Inc., a leading provider of Voice-of-the- Customer (VOC) solutions, today announced the winners of the Allegiance Engagement Awards. The Engagement Awards are given to organizations that have demonstrated high customer or employee engagement based on customer and employee surveys collected through the Allegiance Engage platform in 2009. Companies with high engagement scores use employee and customer feedback to boost customer retention, differentiate their businesses, and grow revenues faster.
Allegiance presented the awards to this year’s winners at the company’s fourth annual Allegiance Engage Summit on May 19, 2010. Awards were given for top scores in customer engagement and employee engagement in 2009 and were broken into two different categories: (1) overall engagement score for 2009, and (2) an honorable mention for improvement in engagement score from first half of 2009 to second half of 2009. The latter category was especially impressive in a year where challenging economic conditions made delivering a superior customer experience that much more critical.
