Customer Satisfaction Survey Software
Many organizations agree that customer satisfaction is difficult to measure. There are a number of tests and programs available on the market to try to understand customer satisfaction levels; one of the most popular is a customer satisfaction survey. Unfortunately, many of the customer satisfaction surveys distributed by organizations never make it back to the organization, and if they do, they are obsolete because they are outdated and do not represent current customer satisfaction levels.
Measuring and understanding customer satisfaction is important however. A study conducted by the University of Texas-Austin's McCombs School of Business, found that "satisfaction with product or service quality has a strong and positive impact on customers' willingness to pay. In fact, the longer customers have been satisfied with a brand or its maker, the more they'll pay." 1
What many companies are finding is they need a real-time feedback system to accurately measure customer satisfaction. Allegiance provides a number of feedback tools, including customer satisfaction survey software, that can help an organization better understand customer satisfaction levels. The Allegiance Active Listening System serves as the feedback control center, allowing customers to communicate with companies at any time. As a result, customer satisfaction can be evaluated on an ongoing basis rather than at only a specific point in the past.
