Adam Edmunds

Adam Edmunds leads the company's strategic vision to help customers use feedback data to predict trends in customer/employee satisfaction and to take action that will positively impact the bottom line and brand equity.
Edmunds entrepreneurial path got an early start when he founded two companies while still in college. One of those companies, SilentWhistle, acquired Allegiance Technologies in 2005 to form Allegiance, Inc. The combination of the two companies has opened opportunities for market and product expansion. Edmunds has received recognition for entrepreneurship, including Utah Business Magazine's 40 Under 40, Connect Magazine's "Utah Entrepreneurs to Watch" (one of four), and 2004 BYU Entrepreneur of the Year. He holds a master's in accounting degree from Brigham Young University.
J.D. Jeppson
VP of Sales & ServiceJ.D. Jeppson is responsible for the management of sales and services, including direct, partner and reseller sales, and services including customer success through all phases of customer lifecycle.
Jeppson brings more than 17 years of experience in sales, business development and management to Allegiance. Most recently, he served as the director of regional sales for SurfControl, a provider of global on-demand, network and endpoint IT security solutions. Prior to SurfControl, Jeppson was the director of sales and manager of global partnerships and alliances for Nuance Communications, a global provider of enterprise software speech and imaging solutions. Previously, he helped build and direct sales organizations at Siebel Systems, Voice Systems Research and Callware Technologies. Jeppson earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Brigham Young University.
Chris Cottle
VP of Marketing & ProductsChris Cottle leads the brand and product strategy, public and analyst relations, events, lead generation, marketing communications, and product strategy and management for Allegiance.
Chris Cottle has extensive experience in technology brand building in both B-B and B-C markets. Cottle came to Allegiance from Tandberg Data, a $200 million data backup hardware manufacturer, where he served as vice president of U.S. marketing. Cottle started his career in 1990 marketing large technology brands for companies such as Iomega, Infocus, and Adaptec at Dahlin Smith White. He left DSW to start his own marketing company, Oxygen Studios, which was later sold to Caldera (now SCO). Cottle helped Caldera go public, acquire SCO and grow to over 600 employees. He left SCO to launch a health publishing company that was acquired in 2003. Cottle was named a Channel Chief by CRN Magazine in 2006.
Eric Johnson
COOEric Johnson is responsible for finance, business operations and strategy.
Previously Eric served as CFO and COO of WingateWeb, where he was responsible for all finance, accounting, human resource, sales, and operations functions. Eric played a key role in growing WingateWeb at over 100% per year and executing a successful sale of the company and subsequent transition. Eric also spent five years at Omniture (now an Adobe company) where he was responsible for all finance, accounting and human resource functions while helping Omniture grow from $1 million a year in revenues to over $50 million a year, which led to a successful IPO. Eric has several years of public accounting experience, most recently with Deloitte and Touche in Silicon Valley and Salt Lake City. Eric is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelors degree in Accountancy and Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
Greg Wiggins
CTOAs CTO, Greg Wiggins is responsible for the technology direction, development, and testing of all Allegiance products.
Wiggins brings more than 19 years of software development experience to Allegiance. Prior to coming to Allegiance, he worked for several large companies, including WordPerfect, Novell, Corel, and Symantec, and managed partner development projects with companies like Dell, HP, and Netscape. Prior to Symantec, he worked as a director of development for Altiris where he was given liberty to create new products. While at Altiris, he initiated the first offshore development project, which later grew to include more than 10 products and 120 engineers. He sat on the board for the Migration Consortium that included members from Intel and Microsoft. Altiris went on to become a publicly traded company and was later purchased by Symantec. Accomplishments include several company achievement awards, product of the year award from PC World, and two patents pending.
