President & CEO
Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist
Adam Edmunds directs the company's strategic vision to help customers use feedback data to predict trends in customer/employee satisfaction and to take action that will positively impact the bottom line. Adam has led Allegiance to become the 5th fastest-growing private software company in the U.S. according to Inc. Magazine, and a Software Magazine Top 10.
Edmunds entrepreneurial path got an early start when he founded two companies while still in college. In 2009, he sold one of those companies, ethics reporting software company SilentWhistle, to industry leader Global Compliance. He also purchased feedback software company Inquisite in 2009. Edmunds has received recognition for entrepreneurship, including Utah Business Magazine's 40 Under 40, Connect Magazine's "Entrepreneurs to Watch", Brigham Young University's (BYU) Entrepreneur of the Year, and 2010 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. He holds a master's in accounting degree from BYU.

EVP of Sales
J.D. Jeppson is responsible for the management of worldwide sales at Allegiance, including direct, partner, and reseller sales.
Jeppson brings more than 18 years of experience in sales, business development and management to Allegiance. Before joining Allegiance he served as the director of regional sales for SurfControl, a provider of global on-demand, network, and endpoint IT security solutions. He also brings experience as director of sales and manager of global partnerships and alliances for Nuance Communications, a global provider of enterprise software speech and imaging solutions. J.D. has helped build and direct sales organizations at Siebel Systems, Voice Systems Research, and Callware Technologies. J. D. currently serves as the chairman of the Utah Technology Council Sales Exec P2P Forum. He is a two-time recipient of the v100 Top 100 Venture Entrepreneurs award. J.D. holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Brigham Young University.

EVP of Marketing & Products
Chris Cottle leads brand and product strategy, public and analyst relations, events, lead generation, marketing communications, and product strategy and management worldwide for Allegiance.
Chris has extensive experience in technology brand building in both B-B and B-C markets. He came to Allegiance from Tandberg Data (previously Exabyte), a global data backup hardware manufacturer, where he ran global marketing. Chris started his career on the agency side, marketing large technology brands such as Iomega, Infocus, and Adaptec. He started his own marketing agency, Oxygen Studios, which he sold to Caldera (now SCO). Cottle helped Caldera go public and acquire SCO. He left SCO to launch a health publishing company that was acquired by a competitor. Chris was named a Channel Chief by CRN Magazine, is a frequent marketing speaker and publication contributor, and a member of the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) Council.

COO
Eric Johnson is responsible for finance, business operations, and strategy at Allegiance.
Eric came to Allegiance after serving as CFO and COO of WingateWeb, where he was responsible for all finance, accounting, human resource, sales, and operations functions. Eric played a key role in growing WingateWeb at over 100% per year and executing a successful sale of the company and subsequent transition. Eric also spent five years at Omniture (now an Adobe company) where he was responsible for all finance, accounting and human resource functions while helping Omniture grow from $1 million a year in revenues to over $50 million a year—a history that led to a successful IPO. Eric has several years of public accounting experience, most recently with Deloitte and Touche in Silicon Valley and Salt Lake City. Eric is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelors degree in Accountancy and Information Systems from Brigham Young University.

EVP Development & Technology
Jason is responsible for all aspects of technology and product development at Allegiance, with a goal of ensuring Allegiance has world-class capabilities and processes in place to ensure success for existing and future clients.
Jason has been an engineering leader for almost two decades with enterprise companies including Novell and Omniture (an Adobe company). At Novell, Jason was recognized twice as an employee of the year while he led the engineering of products with revenues in excess of $100 million and development teams on 3 continents. While at Adobe, Jason was instrumental in reshaping the search marketing products resulting in more than 25% annual growth. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University and an Executive MBA from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. He advocates Kaizen in all software development practices with an acute focus on quality metrics to drive improvement.
