Company History

Allegiance was formed in 2005 when SilentWhistle, an ethics compliance company founded by Adam Edmunds, was merged with Allegiance Technologies, a provider of Web-based feedback tools founded by Dr. Gary Rhoads. Since then, Allegiance has grown to become one of the leading providers of Enterprise Feedback Management solutions. Allegiance was awarded the top 2009 Service Award by CRM Magazine, achieving the highest scores in customer satisfaction, depth of functionality and company direction. Allegiance Engage was also selected as 2008 Product of the Year by Customer Interaction Solutions, a leading CRM publication.

The Allegiance Engage Family of Solutions

Allegiance Engage family of solutions are delivered through a hosted, software as a service (SaaS) offering. Allegiance Engage includes DataSync, the industry's first data synchronization system that allows feedback data to be shared in real time with diverse applications such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to provide a complete view of company relationships.

The key components of the Allegiance Engage family of solutions include:
