Spencer Tall is managing director at Allegis Capital. Prior to Allegis Capital, Mr. Tall was a co-founder and General Partner with APV Technology Partners for three funds over 10 years. In addition, Mr. Tall is a co-founder of Asia Pacific Ventures LLC, a consulting and advisory service firm where, over a 13-year period, he assisted more than 50 technology companies in their Asia expansion plans. Tall currently serves on the boards of IMVU, Allegiance, Collinear, Symplified and AvaLAN Wireless. Prior investments include E.piphany (EPNY), Web TV (acquired by MSFT), One Touch Systems (acquired by Hughes Satellite), Locality (acquired by e2Grow), and North Systems.
David Boyce
VP of Strategy - Retail Business, Oracle
As a member of Oracle's retail executive team, David Boyce has been instrumental in creating and executing the strategy that has established Oracle as the number one provider of application software to retailers globally. Boyce initially began his career in strategy consulting with Monitor Group, advising Global 2000 companies and the governments of Cambodia and South Africa on new markets, new technologies, new product introductions, and strategic M&A. In addition, as an early executive at ProfitLogic, Boyce helped define and execute strategies for fundraising, partnership development, brand development, and sales and marketing that built ProfitLogic into the world's premier software company for retail optimization. In 2005, ProfitLogic was sold to Oracle, and Boyce now serves as the lead strategy executive of Oracle's retail business unit. Boyce currently serves on several non-profit and for-profit boards, including the Retail Strategy Council and others. He holds a bachelor of arts with highest honors in German literature and philosophy from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Nobutaka Mutaguchi manages TPP Investments. TPP focuses primarily on high tech start-up and emerging businesses in the United States and commercial and residential real estate in Japan. Before forming TPP, Mr. Mutaguchi was Vice President with Drexel Burnham Lambert in High Yield Bond Division in New York City and Tokyo and Managing Director with Bankers Trust Securities as a head of Structured Finance Group in Tokyo.

Todd Rowe leads SAP Business Objects' $500 million mid-market business operating worldwide. He has 20 years' experience in the hardware and software industries, with sales, marketing and general management experience. Before joining Business Objects, Todd ran global channel sales at Adobe Software, with sales teams in the Systems Integrator, ISV and OEM businesses, which represented 12% of Adobe's revenue. Todd began his career at IBM in direct sales, where he achieved the Top 1% of Sales nationwide. He has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah. He has lived in twelve cities in three countries, and is fully fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Steven W. Hobbs

Steve is a Managing Director in the San Francisco office of Protiviti, and leads Protiviti's Financial Reporting Risk Services practice in the Western region. Prior to joining Protiviti, Steve was a Senior Partner at KPMG for three years and spent over 20 years at Arthur Andersen. Steve consults with company board and management teams in dealing with stock based compensation issues, IPO preparation, SEC investigations, acquisitions, revenue recognition issues, financial restatements and control rationalization efforts.
Tyler Smith

Tyler Smith has over 20 years executive level experience marketing software and information technology. He is currently a Partner at Hourglass Technologies, a network discovery and management software company where he oversees all marketing, sales and business development. Prior to joining Hourglass, Smith held several executive roles in his 9 years with Altiris Inc, a leading supplier of IT management software solutions, including VP business development and VP worldwide marketing. Altiris was acquired by Symantec for over $1 billion. Prior to Altiris, Smith was VP Marketing at KeyLabs, a leading high-tech testing lab where he was responsible for marketing test services and several unique test programs. Smith started his career at Novell Inc, where he held several key marketing roles. Smith earned an MBA at Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management.
