Spencer Tall is managing director at Allegis Capital. Prior to Allegis Capital, Mr. Tall was a co-founder and General Partner with APV Technology Partners for three funds over 10 years. In addition, Mr. Tall is a co-founder of Asia Pacific Ventures LLC, a consulting and advisory service firm where, over a 13-year period, he assisted more than 50 technology companies in their Asia expansion plans. Tall currently serves on the boards of IMVU, Allegiance, Collinear, Symplified and AvaLAN Wireless. Prior investments include E.piphany (EPNY), Web TV (acquired by MSFT), One Touch Systems (acquired by Hughes Satellite), Locality (acquired by e2Grow), and North Systems.

Dave is the CEO of BlueSwarm, an online platform that powers fundraising for political campaigns, universities, and non-profits by leveraging the power of social networks. Dave is known for his ability to think out of the box and inspire those he works with to think creatively and non-linearly, and then to bring that new thinking and energy to tired industries with determination and practicality. Prior to BlueSwarm, Dave was an early executive at ProfitLogic, a company that created and defined the retail price and inventory optimization space. Oracle acquired ProfitLogic in 2005, where Dave ran global retail products for four years. Dave began his career in strategy consulting for InteCorp and Monitor group. His avocation is music - he co-founded BYU Vocal Point, the 2006 World Champions of Collegiate A Cappella. Dave has an Honors Degree in German Literature from BYU and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Dave & his wife Lisa live in Belmont, MA with their 6 kids and their dog, Fenway.

Todd Rowe leads SAP Business Objects' $500 million mid-market business operating worldwide. He has 20 years' experience in the hardware and software industries, with sales, marketing and general management experience. Before joining Business Objects, Todd ran global channel sales at Adobe Software, with sales teams in the Systems Integrator, ISV and OEM businesses, which represented 12% of Adobe's revenue. Todd began his career at IBM in direct sales, where he achieved the Top 1% of Sales nationwide. He has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah. He has lived in twelve cities in three countries, and is fully fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Prior to joining Protiviti, Steve was a Senior Partner at KPMG for three years and spent over 20 years at Arthur Andersen. Steve consults with company board and management teams in dealing with stock based compensation issues, IPO preparation, SEC investigations, acquisitions, revenue recognition issues, financial restatements and control rationalization efforts.

He is currently a Partner at Hourglass Technologies, a network discovery and management software company where he oversees all marketing, sales and business development. Prior to joining Hourglass, Smith held several executive roles in his 9 years with Altiris Inc, a leading supplier of IT management software solutions, including VP business development and VP worldwide marketing. Altiris was acquired by Symantec for over $1 billion. Prior to Altiris, Smith was VP Marketing at KeyLabs, a leading high-tech testing lab where he was responsible for marketing test services and several unique test programs. Smith started his career at Novell Inc, where he held several key marketing roles. Smith earned an MBA at Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management.
